Job summary

LarraStaff Corp. is seeking a Senior/Strategic Financial Analyst to partner with business and operations leaders, driving strategy and financial planning. This role will support manufacturing operations, R&D, and logistics with timely financial analysis as ERP and reporting tools are deployed.

Reporting to a Director, you will build models, analyze performance, and present actionable insights to senior management, enabling growth and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Senior or senior-level FP&A experience in a large corporate setting
• Experience partnering with operations leaders and driving business decisions
• Strong financial modeling and planning skills, with ERP/system implementation exposure

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and support to senior leaders across operations, R&D, manufacturing, and logistics
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track performance and opportunities
• Identify risks and opportunities, communicate findings, and influence strategic directions
