Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience with financial reporting and modeling using Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI or similar ERP/BI tools

Responsibilities

• Provide financial visibility into global operations and partner with leaders to understand financial impact of manufacturing performance, inventory costs, and investments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Operations, R&D, IT, Tax to improve reporting and decision-making
• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and management reporting across global operations
• Analyze inventory, working capital, and manufacturing performance to identify efficiency opportunities
• Support broader strategic initiatives including M&A integrations and divestitures and automate analytics
