Qualifications

• One year of experience in a college or university financial aid office responsible for office operations.
• Two years of supervisory experience (may be concurrent).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee processing of financial aid applications.
• Serve as Financial Aid Director in the Director’s absence and ensure compliance.
• Supervise staff, provide training, and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate federal/state program reconciliation and audits.
• Maintain PI I I data security and use financial aid systems to report and track awards.
