Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a client-focused financial advisor to help clients reach their financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to partners, meet with clients to review goals, build a financial plan, and recommend brokerage products.

Licenses and training will be completed as required, including SAFE Act registration for mortgage activities. You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with potential Saturday rotation, handling a range of banking and investment solutions while ensuring

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or the equivalent 63 and 65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year in the investments industry with product knowledge.
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment with goals met.
• Demonstrates goal setting, relationship building and teamwork.
• Strong communication, time management and regulatory due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Plan client financial goals by building a plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers by asset thresholds.
• Mitigate risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals and existing clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs.
