Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive guidance and customized solutions to clients, helping them reach their financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to business partners, meet with clients to review goals, build a financial plan, and recommend brokerage products while pursuing required licenses and SAFE Act compliance.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or the equivalent 63 and 65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry and knowledge of investment products and services.
• Minimum of one year in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Able to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to appropriate internal service providers.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or client base.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
