Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong relationship-building and client-focused approach.
• Ability to navigate regulatory due diligence in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals with brokerage products.
• Recommending banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triaging client requests and referring to internal service providers based on needs.
• Mitigating and controlling risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or relationships.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
