• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and handle a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan financial goals using brokerage and banking products
• Recommends banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities
• Identifies and engages potential new clients via referrals or center clientele
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs
