Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63/65 in lieu) required.
• Minimum 1 year in investments with product knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with targets achieved.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Able to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers by need and assets.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
