Bank of America in the United States is seeking a Financial Advisor to help clients achieve their financial goals through tailored brokerage and banking solutions. You will build financial plans, review goals with clients, and refer to partners as needed to meet asset thresholds.

The role requires active securities licenses, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, compliant environment. Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays is expected.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses (or the equivalent 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry or financial services sales.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals via brokerage products and banking solutions.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal partners based on client needs and assets.
• Mitigates risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provides coaching to referral partners based on client needs.
