U.S. Renal Care, Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking a VP Finance to lead financial modeling, analysis, and planning. Reporting to the SVP Operations Finance, you will mentor analysts and partner with Operations and cross-functional leaders to drive performance.

The role supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiatives across dialysis facilities, with a mix of remote and on-site work; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, decision sciences, or another analytical discipline strongly preferred.
• 10+ years finance experience for a multi-location healthcare company preferred; dialysis experience a strong plus.
• Advanced analytical skills required, Excel mastery.
• PowerPoint experience needed.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles & financial statements.
• Tableau, Planful or other BI software experience preferred.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Travel/overnight travel will be required 15% or more

Responsibilities

• Develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Serve as key finance partner to Division President – Operations.
• Assist with development of meeting materials for internal & external presentations.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships across Finance and Operations.
• Provide financial insight and decision support to leaders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
