Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing across indirect categories, including facilities management and non-clinical products. You will drive cost savings, improve services, and align strategies with corporate goals across multiple sites.

Candidates should reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area; this hybrid role requires onsite presence one day weekly at our Corporate office in Plano, TX. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, accounting, or business.
• 2–5 years of strategic sourcing, supplier management, or procurement experience.
• Healthcare or multi-site experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sourcing/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads sourcing strategies and procurement initiatives for assigned non-clinical categories.
• Manages end-to-end sourcing projects including scope, bidding, evaluation and award decisions.
• Builds relationships with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with priorities.
• Develops category strategies delivering cost savings and risk mitigation.
• Oversees supplier selection and pricing negotiations for long-term value.
• Analyzes total cost of ownership and benchmarks supplier offerings.
• Collaborates with finance to track savings and ensure budget alignment.
• Facilitates supplier onboarding and transition; manages performance and compliance.
• Provides market intelligence and trends to support decisions.
• Partner with Legal during contracting to align sourcing and agreements.
• Continuously identifies process improvements and category optimizations.
