Job summary

UNACEM North America seeks an accomplished CFO-level leader to direct finance, treasury, and corporate finance strategy. You will partner with the CEO and Board to shape capital structure, performance reporting, and long-term value creation across North America.

Responsibility includes leading FP&A, M&A activity, risk management, and governance while driving automation and scalable reporting to support disciplined executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Postgraduate degree (MBA) or professional certification (CFA/CTP) desirable.
• Six to ten years of progressive experience in finance, treasury, or related disciplines, including leadership of finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Direct analysis and interpretation of financial performance with executive insights and actions.
• Challenge leaders on performance drivers, margins, and resource efficiency.
• Establish performance reviews and management reporting standards for leadership visibility.
• Lead FP&A across planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and reviews.
• Develop executive dashboards and decision support materials for CFO/Board.
• Automate manual finance processes to improve accuracy and speed.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, IT and Group Finance for scalable planning.
• Provide strategic leadership over corporate finance initiatives including M&A and financing.
• Lead treasury activities: liquidity, funding, debt management, hedging exposures.
• Develop a high-performing finance team and promote disciplined execution.
• Support additional initiatives as required.
