Job summary

UNACEM North America is seeking a CFO to provide strategic leadership over finance, corporate finance, and treasury. You will shape decisions on capital structure, performance reporting, and long-term financial health across the region.

The role requires building executive-level insights, managing FP&A, and driving automation and data governance to support scalable planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance and FP&A across large organizations.
• Strong ability to translate financial data into executive recommendations.
• Experience with corporate finance transactions and capital structure decisions.
• Experience leading treasury operations including liquidity and debt management.
• Proven track record in data driven decision making and automation.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct analysis of financial performance and translate results into executive insights.
• Lead FP&A: planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, performance reviews.
• Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and decision support materials.
• Automate manual finance processes and improve data quality and governance.
• Partner with Accounting, Operations, Commercial, IT, and Group Finance.
• Provide strategic leadership over corporate finance initiatives and treasury decisions.
• Oversee capital structure decisions and intercompany arrangements.
• Manage treasury activities including cash management and liquidity.
• Drive working capital optimization and cross-border funding.
• Develop finance team and promote disciplined execution.
