Job summary

UNACEM North America in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a Strategic Planning Manager to lead long-term strategy, initiatives, and OKRs. You will work directly with the Executive Committee and senior management to shape growth, capital investments, and commercial strategy in North America.

The role requires strong analytical and modeling skills, with experience presenting to executives and managing cross-functional programs. MBA and English fluency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in strategy, strategic planning, consulting, corporate development, finance or business transformation.
• Experience in manufacturing, building materials, cement, mining or asset-intensive environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual and long-term strategic planning process of UNACEM North America.
• Collaborate with senior management in defining and monitoring strategic priorities and OKRs.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities to support decision-making.
• Evaluate capital investments and business cases that drive long-term value creation.
• Develop strategic recommendations and executive presentations for senior management, the Board and UNACEM Group.
