Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Senior Director of Transformation to lead the Finance transformation program, focusing on ERP implementation. You will coordinate finance, Controllership, IT, and project teams to ensure requirements are prioritized and delivered on time.

The role demands strategic finance leadership, strong communication, and a track record of guiding multi-workstream initiatives to successful close and reporting outcomes. Hybrid work from Norwalk, CT is offered.

Qualifications

10+ years in accounting, finance, or transformation roles.
Experience with large-scale ERP implementations is strongly preferred.
CPA and/or MBA is a plus.
Strong communication and executive presence across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison between Controller leadership and transformation initiatives including ERP implementation.
Capture, communicate, and address finance and accounting requirements throughout the project.
Build relationships with IT/PMO/partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
Oversee day-to-day progress to meet Controller needs in design, build, and deployment.
Ensure decisions align with controls, reporting, and close objectives.
Provide timely status updates to senior finance leadership.
Flag risks and drive resolution with escalation as needed.
Coordinate UAT planning and execution for finance systems.
