Amazon seeks a Senior ERP Transformation Manager to lead the multi-year Finance ERP platform transformation. You will drive integrated execution across Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, and SAP/Oracle implementations, translating strategy into actionable programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) or leading finance projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and large programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executives and non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting program execution for Amazon’s Finance ERP transformation, establishing the integrated plan, governance, decision mechanisms, and operating cadence.
• Drive execution across ERP design, configuration, data, integrations, controls, testing, deployment, and business readiness, managing dependencies, risks, and critical-path activities.
• Partner with Accounting leaders and SMEs to translate controllership and financial reporting requirements into program decisions, priorities, and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, Solution Architecture, Internal Controls, SAP, and implementation partners.
• Drive Accounting readiness for key milestones, including design approvals, testing, controls, cutover, and go-live.
• Own senior leadership reporting and executive narratives, clearly communicating progress, decisions, trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify Accounting processes, reduce manual activities, strengthen controllership, and maximize adoption of standard ERP capabilities.
• Mentor program managers and establish scalable mechanisms that drive transparency, ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence.
