Job summary

JLL in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Investment Sales Advisory Analyst focused on commercial real estate transactions. You will participate in underwriting, market research, property tours, offering memorandums, and negotiations, working in a high-energy, team-focused environment.

Candidates should have 0–2 years in financial analysis, a Bachelor’s in Real Estate/Finance/Accounting, and strong writing and communication skills; Argus or database experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 0–2 years in a financial analysis environment; mortgage or CRE preferred.
• Strong writing, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investment sales advisory packages including research, financial modeling, and executive summaries.
• Handle complex financial modeling and underwriting using market data and comps.
• Manage due diligence, marketing, closing processes and client communications.
• Support clients in evaluating business plans and capital structure.
