EchoStar is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Compliance & Risk Programs to design, modernize, and execute a forward-thinking ERM framework leveraging AI to streamline records management and provide executive risk visibility. The role also oversees data governance, AI regulatory risk, and vendor regulatory obligations across global operations.

You will drive risk assessments, governance mechanisms, and contractual compliance in collaboration with IT, Supply Chain, and InfoSec, ensuring business

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4+ years of professional experience, with 1+ years working with an in-house legal team or law firm
• At least 2 years of experience with risk management and compliance software, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software

• Design, modernize, and execute a low-touch ERM framework using AI tools
• Conduct Enterprise Risk Assessments aligned with DOJ guidelines
• Oversee data governance, privacy compliance, and records management
• Standardize vendor onboarding and contract compliance with Supply Chain & InfoSec
