Job summary

Checkr is seeking a Strategic Finance Senior Analyst to join the FP&S team in San Francisco. You will own revenue and opex models, develop AI-powered workflows, and drive key strategic initiatives that maximize revenue impact and ROI.

You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Corporate Development to deliver data-driven insights and shape planning processes. The role emphasizes building scalable financial models, leveraging AI-enhanced analyses, and influencing

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
Proven track record of driving outcomes with data analytics and financial insights.
Experience building AI-powered workflows or analyses is a plus.
Expert-level modeling translating drivers into clear frameworks.

Responsibilities

Own revenue and opex models to set goals and measure performance.
Build AI-powered workflows and automated analyses for stratfin.
Define and validate strategic priorities to maximize revenue and ROI.
Deliver data-driven insights for GTM, product features, budgets, and board materials.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Corporate Development.
Contribute to long-range and annual planning processes.
