Job summary

Checkr is seeking a Senior Corporate Financial Planning & Strategy Analyst in San Francisco to drive strategic financial planning and forecasting across the company. You will collaborate with Finance leadership and cross-functional partners to optimize budgeting, long-range plans, and performance benchmarks.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Adaptive Planning and Oracle, and the ability to translate complex issues into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive Finance experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience building 3-statement models.
• Ability to manage large data sets and drive process improvements.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reporting and analyses for management and the Board of Directors, including annual and quarterly reviews, investor materials, and business reviews.
• Automate and scale forecasting and reporting tools and become a power user of Adaptive Planning.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Corporate Development, People/HR, and other teams.
• Integrate AI into financial processes to improve insights and forecast accuracy.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting across departments, including quarterly, annual, and long-range planning.
