Qualifications

• Strong analytical and modeling skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint for reporting and forecasting.
• MBA or advanced finance training is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• 40% PROJECT CONTROL - Develops and monitors plans for scope, schedule and cost; coordinates baseline changes and documentation.
• 30% PROJECT COMMUNICATIONS - Prepares status reports, scorecards and review documents for senior leadership.
• 10% PROJECT RISK ASSESSMENT - Identifies risks, defines mitigations, and informs stakeholders.
• 10% PROJECT LESSONS LEARNED - Captures insights post-project and applies them later.
• 10% PROJECT ENVIRONMENT - Ensures staffing, clear roles, and an inclusive working environment.
