Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Project Manager to lead the financial planning, governance, and execution of a complex Supply Chain Technology portfolio. You will partner with Technology, Finance, vendors, and business leaders to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple initiatives.

This role requires strong financial acumen, exceptional communication, and the ability to drive risk management and governance.

Qualifications

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and budget tracking.
• Proficient knowledge of Tableau and data visualization/reporting tools.
• Proficient knowledge of Google BigQuery (GBQ).
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, invoice management, accruals, and financial reconciliation activities.
• Ability to analyze financial data and draw accurate conclusions to support business and investment decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage portfolio financials, including operating expenses, capital expenses, labor tracking, and vendor spend.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex fiscal calendars, budget cycles, and financial planning activities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills with coordinating multiple initiatives and priorities.
• Experience identifying, managing, and mitigating financial and operational risks.
• Experience supporting financial governance and reporting for technology or business portfolios.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and deadlines.

• Develop and adjust project plans; manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate budgeting cycles and financial forecasting for portfolios.
