Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• At least 3 years of work experience in finance or related area.
• MBA preferred; experience in corporate finance and/or retail is a plus.
• Strong Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule and cost of finance projects and monitor adherence.
• Develop communications, status reports and scorecards for leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and advise on actions.
• Capture lessons learned and apply to future projects.
• Foster an inclusive, well-staffed project environment with clear roles.
