Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Operations Finance Manager in Denver, CO to lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and essential financial controls. You will supervise finance staff, ensure SOX/compliance, and partner with regional leaders to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time and onsite, Monday–Friday, with a strong focus on accuracy, process improvement, and outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 5 years in finance and supervising teams.
• Controller/Finance Manager or similar operational finance role preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with internal controls and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and organize accurate reporting and forecasting of financial information.
• Lead and oversee AP, AR, credit & collections, payroll, inventory management.
• Manage month-end close with compliance to accounting standards and internal controls (SOX).
• Supervise and develop finance staff with hiring and performance management.
• Maintain billing accuracy and timely collections; ensure contractual compliance.
• Collaborate with district managers and functional leaders for financial reviews and initiatives.
• Standardize and automate financial processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.
• Maintain strong financial controls and participate in audits as needed.
• Prepare and present financial information for leadership meetings.
