Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive financial experience including AP/AR, payroll, and P&L management.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, planning & analysis, and monthly reporting experience is required.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail and deadline discipline.
• Organized, proactive, and able to diagnose current state and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and elevate the finance team and operations management with coaching.
• Provide frequent communication with management and regional finance directors to identify improvement areas.
• Meet or exceed compliance with all accounting and financial reporting requirements.
• Deliver explanations of variances between targets and actual results.
• Support growth by assisting with proforma builds and new accounts.
• Develop analytical tools to help operators evaluate business performance.
• Oversee assets and liabilities including AR, AP, cash, fixed assets and capex.
• Assist regional finance director initiatives and related tasks.
