Responsibilities

• Oversees financial analysis and reporting for LOBs and finance leadership, focusing on revenue growth, cost management, profitability, cash flow, and operational improvements.
• Reviews LOBs' financial performance and provides strategic direction by synthesizing trends and risks and preparing analyses.
• Manages forecasting and budgeting and compares performance against plan and forecasts.
• Delegates and oversees teams building financial reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses for LOBs and finance partners.
• Implements new projects and process improvements to automate reporting and free up time for strategic priorities.
• Maintains partner relationships across Finance and enforces controls and procedures.
