Qualifications

10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.

Strong understanding of cost management, productivity, and service economics.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted finance advisor to Global Operations and influence operating model decisions.
Lead FP&A for global operations, covering expenses, workforce costs, and service delivery.
Build dashboards and frameworks showing cost dynamics and performance.
Analyse profitability and cost-to-serve for support and service offerings.
Drive cost management, headcount planning, and automation initiatives.
Provide governance and risk oversight with finance partners.
