Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including experience leading or managing people.
• Significant experience supporting operations, customer support, service delivery, managed services, or similarly complex operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted finance advisor to Global Operations, influencing operating model design and resource allocation to align with BEWS growth objectives.
• Lead FP&A for global operations—covering operating expenses, workforce costs, support functions, service delivery, and recurring services revenue.
• Build dashboards and decision frameworks that increase transparency into global cost dynamics and operational performance.
• Analyse profitability, delivery efficiency, and cost-to-serve for support and service offerings, creating models for resource allocation and workforce optimization.
• Drive cost management and productivity by improving visibility into global cost structures and leading financial analysis for headcount planning and sourcing decisions.
• Provide governance and risk oversight for operations in partnership with Financial Control and Financial Business Services.
