Job summary

Smartly in Chicago seeks a Finance Business Partner to drive financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and deal reviews with senior leadership.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability, manage P&L and forecasts, and identify process improvements. A track record in SaaS or agency finance is a plus, with 4–8 years of relevant experience and strong modeling, Excel and SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Consulting or Private Equity/VC.
• Strong analytical, modeling, Excel and SQL skills.
• Experience managing P&Ls and forecasts; ability to influence senior stakeholders; SaaS or agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to deliver financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, deal reviews, and process improvements.
• Support pricing decisions and deal reviews; identify opportunities for process improvements and profitability enhancements.
