Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of analytical experience in finance, accounting, business management, quantitative analysis or economics OR High School Diploma/GED with 5 years' experience.
• At least 2 years experience identifying operational issues and implementing resolutions.
• At least 2 years applying analytics principles (Statistics, Mathematics, OR Economics).
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience as financial liaison on a business team.
• Experience managing multiple projects with deadlines.
• Intermediate MS Excel (SUM, borders, charts, wrap, sort, headers/footers).
• Intermediate MS PowerPoint (themes, layout, charts, transitions).
• Intermediate MS Word (headers, page breaks, tables).
• At least 1 year of direct/indirect leadership or cross-functional leadership.
• Willing to travel up to 5% for business (within/out of state).
• Preferred: Master’s or MBA.

Responsibilities

• Partners with management to understand key business drivers and strategic direction.
• Collaborates with management and support teams to ensure execution and value delivery.
• Develops cross-functional team approach providing financial management support across levels.
• Leads preparation of forecasts and budgets including risks/opportunities with key metrics.
• Performs variance analyses and prepares budget/forecast presentations.
• Addresses issues with teams to develop action plans and improve processes.
• Supports monthly reviews and planning sessions evaluating results and initiatives.
• Analyzes investments and builds business cases for projects.
• Manages team members and coordinates work across client/operational organizations.
• Participates in medium-term and strategic planning for the area.
