Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager to lead finance for the Lower Midwest manufacturing sites. You will report to the Director of Finance Business Partnering for the region and collaborate with Area General Managers and support teams to drive financial performance.

The role requires strong manufacturing finance, cost accounting experience, and leadership of a small team. Willingness to travel 25-50% is expected as part of regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CMA/CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area General Manager(s) to provide financial expertise and operational leadership to drive the strategic direction for the manufacturing sites.
• Provide operations management with strategic tools and interpreted reports to help drive business results.
• Partner with operations leadership to support long-term capital allocation strategy and strategic financial decision making.
• Prepare and manage the annual strategic plans and budgeting process for the area(s).
• Ensure the weekly forecasting process is complete and accurate, providing good visibility of likely outturn as well as actions required to hit targets.
• Analyze and interpret plant operation results, evaluating variances, and assessing the effect on plant operations.
• Monitor financial performance to identify and drive cost reductions and cost control initiatives.
• Research pricing, competitors’ trends and other factors affecting performance
• Provide business modelling and risk assessments
