Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager to lead financial strategy for the Local Solutions manufacturing sites in the Upper Midwest. You will report to the Director of Finance Business Partnering and partner with Area General Managers.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cost control, capital allocation, and providing analytical insights. Travel 25-50% is required, and a CMA/CPA or advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience.
• Advanced MS Office.
• Travel 25% to 50%.
• CPA/CMA or advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area General Manager(s) to provide financial expertise and operational leadership.
• Prepare and manage annual strategic plans and budgeting for the area(s).
• Oversee weekly forecasting and ensure visibility of outturn vs targets.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and perform financial analysis of plant operations.
• Mentor and develop a 1–3 person finance team.
