BioLife Plasma Services in Bannockburn, IL is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive financial planning processes and align function goals with corporate strategy. You will collaborate with assigned functions to provide strategic financial guidance and support decision-making with ad hoc modeling.

This role analyzes monthly results, assists in budgeting and forecasting, and helps improve reporting processes using SAP and TM1.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience.
• Experience with management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated business impact in previous roles.
• Proven ability to determine financial and business valuations of investment initiatives.
• Strong computer software skills (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, TM1.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of all aspects of financial management – budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, including consolidation across the company.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate closely with assigned functions to understand their business needs and provide strategic financial guidance.
• Facilitate informed financial decision-making by analyzing data and offering insights.
• Conduct ad hoc financial modeling to evaluate scenarios or projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor for financial inquiries and support the BioLife functions.
• Perform journal entries and analysis for month-end close activities.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports with insightful commentary.
• Prepare the annual expense budget and coordinate budget/forecast activities.
• Identify trends in monthly results to help functions achieve targets.
• Develop financial models to support ad hoc initiatives.
• Plasma & fixed asset inventory counts; areas include plasma loss, production supplies, freight.
