BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support BioLife functions through financial planning and strategic guidance. You will work across units, perform month-end analyses, and drive actionable insights to sustain financial health.

Qualifications include a Finance/Accounting degree and 3+ years in financial analysis, with strong Excel/SAP/TM1 skills. This full-time role is based in Bannockburn, IL, with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience.
• Experience with management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated business impact in previous roles.
• Proven ability to determine financial and business valuations of investment initiatives.
• Strong computer software skills (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, TM1.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of all aspects of financial management – budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, including consolidation across the company.
