Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business-related field and at least five years in a finance-related role with budget prep/controls or government contracting administration.
• Master's degree can substitute for one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, and implements operational procedures and policies for the facility's business and support services.
• Establishes accounting procedures, fiscal reporting, and invoice payment processes.
