The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Business Manager to oversee facility finance functions, payroll, budgeting and reporting. This role requires leadership and cross‑functional collaboration to support operations and compliance across our secured services programs.

Based in Florida, you will manage cash controls, banking, procurement and staff supervision, while contributing to cost control and process improvements in a fast-paced correctional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a finance-related role.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll and time sheet approvals.
• Prepare budget and financial reports.
• Handle bank deposits and reconciliations.
• Purchase requisitions and procurement through HQ.
• Inventory control and office management.
• Supervise clerical staff and training.
• Act as Business Manager in absence.
• Support special projects as directed.
