Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting with 5+ years in a finance role and budget experience.
• Experience with government contracts administration preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage staff and make decisions.
• Proficiency with computers and standard finance software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement financial procedures and policies.
• Prepare and monitor annual budget; advise management on budget status.
• Direct the work of employees, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Supervise invoicing, billing, and accounts reconciliation.
• Maintain census, meals served, and other data.
