Job summary

PNY Technologies, Inc. in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance & Business Operations to drive financial modeling and strategic initiatives across infrastructure, manufacturing, and partnerships.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Executive Leadership to build models, evaluate investments, and translate analyses into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex financial analyses and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
• Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of working capital, cash flow, inventory economics, and capital allocation.
• Experience evaluating complex commercial arrangements or capital-intensive opportunities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated financial models and business cases for ventures, infrastructure, and partnerships.
• Evaluate revenue, margins, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, and capital needs.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Procurement to optimize sourcing and fulfillment.
• Prepare executive dashboards, analyses, and recommendations for leadership and planning.
