PNY Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance & Business Operations in Parsippany, NJ. The role partners across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Executive Leadership, developing financial models and evaluating investments to drive growth and scale strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings advanced modeling, strong Excel skills, and proven ability to influence senior leaders. On-site role with relocation assistance not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, supply chain finance, or related.
• Experience leading complex financial analyses and providing recommendations to senior leadership.
• Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of working capital, cash flow, inventory economics, and capital allocation.
• Experience evaluating complex commercial arrangements or capital-intensive opportunities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, executive communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable BI platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated financial models and business cases for ventures, infrastructure programs, manufacturing initiatives, and partnerships.
• Evaluate revenue, margins, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, and capital requirements.
• Conduct scenario analyses, sensitivity modeling, and risk assessments for strategy.
• Identify value drivers and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
• Evaluate customer proposals, pricing strategies, RFPs, and supply agreements.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement and Demand Planning to assess sourcing and capacity.
• Translate operational decisions into financial outcomes and improve profitability and scalability.
• Support negotiations by assessing deal economics and long-term risk.
• Prepare business cases, dashboards, and performance reviews for senior leadership.
