Job summary

Panasonic North America in Newark, NJ is seeking a Finance Business Partner to bridge finance and operations. You will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, delivering data-driven insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5–8+ years in finance/business partnering, strong Excel and SAP experience, and the ability to influence decisions with clear financial narratives. Hybrid work and travel as needed are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Relevant finance certification (CPA/CFA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred.
• 5–8+ years in Finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned business units to act as primary financial advisor.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track performance and profitability.
