Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in financial management, budgeting, or operations.
• Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Experience supervising staff and managing performance.
• Experience ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate financial information to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for SHS.
• Supervise Fiscal Specialist, Office Manager and Insurance team members.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and internal controls; support budget targets.
• Collaborate with clinical and leadership to align financial planning with service priorities.
• Oversee revenue cycle, billing, and financial systems performance.
