Blossom Health is seeking a Strategic Finance & Business Operations Lead to own the financial and analytical work behind critical business decisions and revenue drivers. You’ll dig into economics, build models, and evaluate opportunities, while managing relationships with payors and strategic counterparties.

You’ll report to the Founder and collaborate with leaders across the company as Blossom scales. This role demands in-person presence in New York City, with autonomy and impact from day one.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of professional experience in finance or related field
• Experience in investment banking, equity research, private equity, hedge funds, or rigorous investing environments
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to analyze revenue structures and business performance
• Proven track record of performing in demanding environments and delivering insights
• Ability to structure complex questions quickly and provide thoughtful answers
• Commercially minded with a focus on business outcomes and actionable recommendations
• Bias for action and willingness to own broader scope beyond traditional finance roles
• Excellent communication and ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations
• Willingness to work in-person in New York City, 5 days a week

Responsabilités

• Own financial analysis and modeling across revenue, growth, unit economics, and strategic initiatives
• Develop deep understanding of Blossom Health’s revenue structure and identify optimization opportunities
• Build models and analyses to inform company-wide decisions on growth, investment, and resource allocation
• Partner with the Founder and leaders on high-priority strategic projects
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Build forecasting and reporting processes as the company scales
• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets from financial and operational perspectives
• Move from analysis to execution on identified opportunities
