Job summary

NTT DATA AIVista, Inc. is seeking a Finance & Business Operations professional to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, and operational execution. You will work closely with the CFO/CAO and leaders to translate data into actionable business decisions.

The role emphasizes building models, dashboards, and reporting that improve visibility and accountability across a growing Silicon Valley unit. Hybrid Palo Alto location offers collaboration with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, finance operations, business operations, strategic finance, or related role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and operational data and translate findings into clear business insights.
• Experience independently driving cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business decisions.
• Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis for executive leadership and Board discussions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand financial drivers, resource needs, and operating priorities.
• Support headcount and workforce planning from a financial and business perspective.
