AiDASH, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Finance to lead finance partnering with R&D, Product, and Data Ops. This is a highly operational finance leadership role focusing on investment economics, pricing, and scalable cost management in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will influence product strategy, drive launches, improve gross margins, and shape capital allocation with the executive team. Hybrid work in Palo Alto, CA is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A leadership with strong SaaS exposure.
• Experience partnering with R&D, Product, Data Science, and AI Ops for financial planning.
• Proven ability to build driver-based operating models and forecast scenarios.
• Ability to negotiate terms for cloud, data costs, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own R&D financial management including capitalization policy and cost visibility.
• Partner with R&D leadership to evaluate roadmap trade-offs and investments.
• Lead launch economics, pricing, packaging, and post-launch revenue performance.
• Track roadmap execution to convert launches into ARR on schedule.
• Negotiate vendor terms for cloud, infrastructure, and data.
• Own corporate driver-based model and quarterly reforecasts.
• Lead headcount governance and AI automation considerations.
