Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or nonprofit management.
• Five years of experience in a similar nonprofit finance/operations role.
• Five years of management experience in an administrative/operations capacity.
• Experience with nonprofit grants, restricted funds, and multiple program budgets.
• Ability to communicate financial insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and long-range financial planning.
• Oversee cash flow forecasts and liquidity management.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and budget variances.
• Ensure internal controls, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with program leaders to align budgets with strategy.
