Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees development and execution of the department's budget and financial planning.
• Manages all non-salary transactions, procurement, and space management.
• Collaborates with institutional offices for business operations and compliance.
• Directs HR activities including onboarding and staff development.
• Ensures alignment with institutional priorities.
