Job summary

The Clinton Foundation in Little Rock, AR seeks an Executive Finance and Operations Coordinator to partner with the CFO and senior finance leaders. This role drives payroll administration, financial operations, reporting, and confidential executive support, coordinating priorities across Finance, HR, Development, and Operations.

You will help with governance, audit readiness, and system improvements while ensuring controls, deadlines, and compliance are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating payroll and finance operations, including audits and reporting.
• Experience supporting senior executives, governance prep, and confidential materials.
