Job summary

The Obama Foundation in Chicago is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide critical administrative, operational, and project support to the Finance team, including the CFO. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, oversee expense and travel administration, and drive cross‑department collaboration across Procurement, FP&A, and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for Finance team and CFO.
• Collect and disseminate materials for internal and external meetings.
• Draft, edit, and submit error-free briefing materials for external meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas and distribute to team members.
• Take and share meeting minutes.
• Coordinate projects or meetings and track next steps.
• Process expense reimbursements and assist with corporate card.
• Monitor the Concur inbox.
• Scan Finance mail and distribute.
• Conduct research and ad hoc projects as needed.
• Provide warm, efficient customer service to stakeholders.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Finance leadership.
