Eurest USA is hiring an Operations Controller to oversee accounting activity for assigned accounts and assist the Regional Director of Finance with all financial functions within the region.

Responsibilities include reconciliation, variance analysis, P/L tracking, forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring accurate general ledger and reporting. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience with revenue control, financial reporting and cash handling.
• Accounting in foodservice or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to prepare monthly financial statements, metrics, budgets and cash flow projections.

Responsibilities

• Performs reconciliation and analysis for balance sheet accounts.
• Analyzes financial results for internal and external use.
• Tracks monthly P/L and balance sheet activity.
• Develops forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Reviews general ledger and balance sheets.
• Resolves accounting/reconciliation issues.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Maintains inventory and cost control procedures.
• Oversees Payroll and Human Resources administration.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
