Job summary

Eurofarma USA is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategy and performance. You will develop financial models, oversee budgeting and long-term planning, and drive cash flow, controls, and regulatory adherence across the U.S. entity.

The role requires 8–12+ years in finance, strong leadership, and experience with U.S. GAAP, audits, and tax. Fluency in English, with Spanish or Portuguese a plus, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP, audits, and tax environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and leadership to support strategy and decision-making.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and key insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Lead audits, tax filings, and internal controls.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations for efficiency and scalability.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external advisors.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team.
